Course Description

Certificate II in Retail Operations has been designed as the standard entry level qualification for the retail industry. It applies to those wishing to develop the skills and knowledge to begin a career in the retail industry.

The course focuses on the practical skills and tasks required to function at an operational level in the retail environment. You will learn about controlling stock and loss prevention, merchandising, selling products and services, customer service, product knowledge, point of sale systems, communication and team work and retail documentation.
